TAKE NOTICE :It is the will of the People on the land, within the geographic region encompassed by Cairns Regional Council, that, in the light of the 2005 European Union's Ban on the addition of Fluoride to water, due to Safety concerns, that YOU, ANNA BLIGH personally, confirm in writing, within 14 days, your agreement to ;

(a) Desist from the medication-contanimation-poisoning of the Queensland water supply through "Fluoridation", until you conduct a Safety Study, and prove that the chemicals you wish to use for this purpose are safe for human consumption, and reduce tooth decay.

(b) Participate in a Public, Filmed-Recorded Peoples Debate in Cairns, in November 2009,

(c) Seek the Peoples Will by a Peoples Referendum, once (a) and (b) above are finalised.

(d) Provide copies of the Memorandum-Articles, and list of shareholders of all the Corporations listed above, and all others in which YOU, ANNA BLIGH, are involved.

PENALTY

If the Persons in the Preamble fail to respond, and/or implement Water Fluoridation, within the Cairns Regional Council geographic territory, and continue Fluoridation in areas already implemented, in the territory  of Queensland, they will be in DEFAULT, and be bound by the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (Article 6 Genocide, and Article 7 Crimes against Humanity).

A daily Penalty of $2,600,000 from 4.11.2009 will become due and payable to "Water users", registered with Cairns Regional Council , for damages to their Human Rights by each of the Persons,Corporations described in the Preamble.
